WU Talking Weather Forecast

Since it is called 'Talking' forecast, I modified the package so the first forecast is shown and spoken on load or refresh.
If 'AutoAdvance' is set to 1, all 5 forecasts will be spoken once.

Added a 'Mute' button to stop speaking after the currently spoken forecast finishes (no way to stop them after they start )

Increased the size of the forecast buttons for easier selection
