This has been fixed, thanks for reporting.
Actually, this was a separate issue than the rotated image problem.

Where can we get the new version? Because on main Rainmeter site still the 3273 version is available, from January 3.

Part of the "fix" for the ImageRotate issue was to revert some of the changes we made to fix the
cropping issue . Since that has regressed, we probably won't put out a beta until we can find a different solution for that.
