But yes, it does. In your first screenshot the size shown by the skin is 1.202.194 MB. The screenshot of the system shows 1,14 TB. But these are representing the same value, because: 1.202.194 MB = 1.202.194 / 1024 GB = 1.174 GB = 1.174 / 1024 TB = 1,14 TB.
So the same value is shown, the difference is the used unit.

No, it's not in fact. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that for bytes the conversion ratio (unlike for meters, kilograms and so on, for which it is 1.000), is 1.024. This is the value you have to divide / multiply with, when converting.
