[Request\Suggestion] Favorites tab?

Hi everyone,

long time user, first time poster here

I would love to be able to mark skins as favorites, it would make life a lot easier and would be great also for making .rmskins packages easier if I could make them out of my marked favs.

I was think it you should be able to mark a skin as a fav with a right click, and it would be added to the list in a favorites tab (highlighted):

This can all be done from the context menus...

You can also mark or unmark a skin as a Favorite in Manage.

We don't have a way to list your Favorites in the Manage interface, and I don't think that would be an easy, or even a good fit for how it is structured now.
