Any Way i can make skins fade in with mouse movements?

Any Way i can make icons fade in with mouse movements?
i wanted to see if it was possible to make all of my skins load of fade in if i move my mouse
so if i dont move it all i see is my background
but if i move it i see all of my needed skins

Hi, Natan33988.
I think, you can use plugin MouseXY by Fawxy.
For example, remember last mouse position in LUA script and check if it has changed on update.
It would require you to write a skin with script that does it, though.
