And as Image_Path you put the path of the image

I Tried with black background (as it is easier, at the end I will probably use an image). It works but when I move anything bright above Taskbar, I still loose the black background. Is there any option to solve this?

For this you would need to create a different skin, add the code and set the position to TopMost. You can't do it in the same skin because the other meters on the skin need to stay on the bottom.
