A skin that changes your wallpaper based on the current weather conditions.
Will also change the wallpaper every 5 minutes (optional) to one of 6 similar condition images.
Includes 53 different weather related wallpapers. This is a 27 MB rmskin, so it is hosted on my Microsoft OneDrive Site (also linked below)
