Hello, I am trying to setup my desktop to look like a fallout terminal. I am using one of the packs that exists out there now. one of the packs had scan-lines built in, but I could not for the life of me get it working. I was wanting to see if there is a way to add scan-lines with rainmeter.

Rainmeter is not the best tool for animation, but here is a simple attempt to simulate a Fallout background with scan line animation.

Modified the graphic for simulated scan. Should work with any resolution. May increase CPU load on some systems.
