[D2D][Fixed] Image Meter ~ PreserveAspectRatio ?

Hard to describe, but the images expand from the upper right corner, noticeable when the image is resized (or moved) as in Kaelri's InterfaceLIFTer-Smooth skin, when PreserveAspectRatio is set to "1" or "2".
