Currency & Financial Markets (Bloomberg) not updating

Recently, both Currency Markets and Financial Market items have ceased showing data. It is as if online checking has been turned off somewhere because if I click on any item, it takes me to the correct web page containing the data. Other items are working normally.
Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Thank you both. I have had partial success inserting the "UserAgent" line. Some items are not returning results so I will have to follow up to see why.

Inserting the UserAgent= line now returns both currency and markets data. Currency is working perfectly. Markets will not allow indicies or shares to be changed with a right click. When I right click, it is as if the skin does not exist. Can anyone assist? Is ther e a setting that needs changing? Thanks in advance.
