This one doesn't scroll, at least as far as I can say.
Mine does (plus you can add events for each day), with two buttons, you can walk from one month to the next or previous one.
But I don't have the notes...

Yeah, thankfully that little 30-day calendar does scroll back and forth through the months. The left and right arrows only show up when you mouse over the top bar area. But it's good enough for what I need as a sidebar on my desktop.

Not to argue, but they are always visible:
