I dont have internet on the computer I will use for Rainmeter. I need to use a flash drive to get the files to it. - Thanks

You can download the Rainmeter program from https://www.rainmeter.net/ when you install it just tell it not to check for updates.

Save it to your flash drive along with all your skins and you should be fine.

Or you can make a portable version to the flash drive and just run it from there.
