[BUG] NowPlaying plugin not working with Spotify anymore

NowPlaying plugin is still working with other players, but not Spotify.

I posted a breakdown of the cause here:
https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?p=145562#p145562 and on the next page is a temporary workaround for most skins if you are a spotify premium user.
Basically what it comes down to is Spotify forgot to set a value with the new update and now Rainmeter can not find it. Their devs should be aware of it now and given this is a 30 second fix it should be in the next Spotify update. Until then you can either wait or if you have premium update the spotify plugin and flip to using that plugin for !CommandMeasures
