Is Rainmeter installed?
Do you see its icon in the Notification area?

Yes, it is installed, which is why I can see the Welcome Screen... Yes it is in the tray

The Welcome Screen is looking as below?
If so, it is the Welcome skin of the illusto suite (the default skin suite, which comes with Rainmeter).
Now you have to load (or install) the desired skins. Right click the Rainmeter icon in the Notification area. Go to Skins. In the submenu you'll see the available (installed) configs. If you didn't install skins, probably you'll get just the illusto. Hovering the mouse over it will show the subconfigs. Finding and clicking to any skin (FileName.ini, under any config) will load it.

I think the issue was the Beta... I installed the actual release...

Now, how to add/edit the disks to read C: F: and X:?

I read the instructions but it's still a little bit confusing...

I found a video and it was much help

I don't think. Loading and installing skins work same way, no matter the Rainmeter version.

Could you please post a link of that video?
