Other application keep freezing after install rainmeter

Hi， i am very urgent and need to solve this problem. First of all， sorry for my bad language.
Today i installed rainmaker beta， i feel cool to using it. But， when i need to open some application for example android simulator， It will keep freezing. Even i uninstalled the rainmaker the problem also keep same.
i try to use advanced system care pro also cannot solve this problem.
Are there any solution？i need to solve this ASAP because i need the simulator. Thankyou.
