Lua doesn't know !Delay Bang

Invalid bang: !Delay (Kotoko 5.0\Twitch Vods\Twitch.ini)
Maybe i'm blind but i couldn't find it to be noted

i simply tried to test and i understand why it "shouldn't" be available in Lua but i think it should be noted somewhere. What do you think guys?
