Hello. Please help! OBS doesn't see Rainmeter. Capture display , selecting displays in Rainmeter skin, capture window, enabling or disabling Aero, changing Aero theme to classic and vice versa don't help. Windows 7 32bit computer. On windows 10 32bit computer everything is OK, enable Capture Display and OBS sees Rainmeter, but the video resolution is not good after recording because it is netbook and display is small. Please help.

It was already explained in 2 previous posts.

There is nothing we can do. Their software does not work on layered or hardware accelerated windows. Rainmeter uses layered windows, and will be using hardware accelerated windows in the future. Unless the OBS developers add that functionality to their software, Rainmeter (and other software, like the Google Chrome web browser) cannot be captured by OBS. Contact the developers of OBS for a resolution.

Thanks for your reply. So the reason is that Windows 7 PC uses hardware acceleration and netbook doesn't? By the way without installed Radeon drivers on Windows 7 PC OBS doesn't run at all.

Not quite. It isn't about the "system", but how a program chooses to render content to the screen. Individual programs can use hardware acceleration and/or layered windows when rendering content to the screen. Apparently OBS does not detect these type of windows. When I tested OBS, all I could capture is my IRC client and few basic programs - everything else (like Google Chrome) does not register as a window to be captured.

Thanks a lot for responding. The solution was to set OBS and Rainmeter to power saving mode in AMD Catalyst Center, to enable Aero in OBS and to switch to Aero theme Windows (if you want to use Capture Display mode).
