You can restart Rainmeter with just the default skins by simply deleting the file

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.ini

That file will be re-created when you start Rainmeter again, using just the default illustro skins.

Then you use Manage to unload the illustro skins and start loading the ones you have created / downloaded one at a time until you find the one that is crashing Rainmeter. Let us know when you find that, and we can start helping.
