OK... not much I can do about this, as I'm not the author of the clipboard plugin. Sorry...

Is it possible to have an ignore list to add any conflicting program, so that the clipboard will not capture anything while using that program? It is the problem with the program, not really with plug-in. Some clipboard managers are having problem with Microsoft Excel too.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. The plugin is the one doing the capturing, and there is no way to configure it to not capture something. It is just watching the Windows clipboard, so anything on the clipboard is grabbed. I don't think Windows offers a way to know the origin of the clipboard data. The only thing that IS possible would be to ignore data in a certain format. For example, you could in theory prevent/allow only text, or only text and images, etc. This would require a change to the plugin (source code is on GitHub, I am not the author of this plugin). After a quick glance at the source code, it appears the plugin only captures text, images, and files, but perhaps Excel is doing something weird with the clipboard data.
