Boot skin default for all users

Hello,
I created the skin for office use by inserting the following features:
1. logo
2. host
3. domain
4. local ip
5. user.
This skin would like to set it as default to all users who access the computer.
Precise that the computer is connected to a proxy and domain.
Help me please. Thank you
