Hello,
I would like to output some textual or graphical info to taskbar. And I need to interface it with python.
Is it possible with rainmeter? If so, what direction to dig to?
e.g. like so:

Rainmeter can't interact in any way with the Windows Taskbar. About all you can do is create one or more skins that display what you want, then drag them on top of the taskbar, and set them to "Stay on top". Windows will want to have the taskbar on top of anything else, so you might see some "flickering" of your skins as the fight with Windows to stay on top of the taskbar.
