Cant open application after installation.

Hi,
So I just downloaded this thing and when I tried to open up the app on my desktop running Windows 10, it wouldn't work. It just does nothing as if it is unresponsive. What do I do now? Please help me...thanks.

Does it appear in the system tray and are you trying to run a skin?

Hi, I just installed rainmeter on my win 10 and the shortcut just won't work(i tried going to D:\WindowsApps\Rainmeter.exe but it just says i don't have the proper permissions

Have you checked the Notification area? The icon of Rainmeter should be there, even if no skin is loaded:
If it's not, please check the instalation location: usually the installer doesn't install Rainmeter where you've written, but in the
c:\Program Files\Rainmeter\ folder (if it is not installed as a portable app).
