Text input directly into meter?

Is it possible to have a meter you can just type text directly into? I know about the inputText plugin, but that's not what I'm looking for. Is there a 3rd party plugin out there that does what I want?

No.
The only way to input text in Rainmeter is the InputText plugin. That doesn't mean it can't be designed to be visually pretty integrated with a meter.
