@VKJSM27: You can edit the skins color and transparency in the main FXSM_V3_Settings.inc file. All you need to do is modify the fourth number in the color string which is your alpha to read 255

Example :
aColor=red,green,blue,alpha

Color values range from 0-255

Black will be
aColor=0,0,0,255

While white is
255,255,255,255

Red
255,0,0,255

Green
0,255,0,255

Blue
0,0,255,255

A transparent color is
r,g,b, <255

The blank lines I think you are talking about are separations. You can change the snap distance and component separation in the main ini file as well.

Look for :
Padding : This is how much distance is between each main component.
Padding1 : This is how much space is between internal components. Such as the drive meters.

Change these to 0 for no seperation.

Thanks I fixed with the padding I just can't see a 'Background' to change the alpha setting to get it back to black, Mega sweet update thanks for this!

or would I change all of them to r,g,b,255?

Also how can I change the padding of the side'part' with the units names on (so there is no space) or colour it in black etc..

And the volume & Time bar seems to be a little of, It looks like the '100%' is pushing it out the box size

ATM the side bar does not have a padding value. This is something I will be adding.

As for transparency just change the last value in the color string to 255. I would do it for all colors to get the look you want.

In the last message I said the changes were in the main ini file. Sorry I ment the inc file.

Sorry if thes is confusing I am typing this on my phone and I don't have the files to look at right now.

@VKJSM27 : I cant seam to replicate the sound bar offset like you have in your image. I tested it with your same setup 6HDD meter with sound bar docked at bottom with sound %100 in the bottom corner of the screen and 0 for the paddings.

Can you try to move it away and re dock into position and let me know?
