I like but I would prefer to have the title displayed all the time, so I changed that :sly:

Nice job

Yeah, one single suggestion or comment (or observation but definitely not a general problem): I have a wallpaper, with a dark (black) upper left corner. When I installed the skin, first I thought it didn't load. When I tried to load it manually, I discovered it is already loaded (as I waited to be). So, I had to switch to the white setting, through the right click.
In my opinion, the simplest solution would be to have, by default, the background set on. This way, the user who install your skin, will see it, no matter what color has his wallpaper.

Besides this, the skin (as usually) is good looking and well working. Congratulations.

You need to add AntiAlias=1 to [Title]

;-)

@ balala

Thanks balala, I appreciate your help...
I will set the initial load to have the background active. :)

@ JSMorley

Yeah, I was so consumed with trying different Inline Settings, I completely forgot to add antialias :D , done! Thanks!

And I just noticed I didn't clamp the sensitivity control (0~100) :???: ... "Still Tweaking"

=====
EDIT: Also disabled [Timer60] when user sets Title always on (it would hide the Title)

Link in first post updated with these changes...

Another solution (maybe even better, but definitely more complicated) would be to add the Chameleon plugin to determin the darkness of the wallpaper and depending on this darkness, to use either the white or the black setting, without the background.
Just an idea...

Thanks! I will probably add that before releasing a final version.

V 1.2017.04.28a
Mods and Additions:
  • Added filtering to audio measures (reduces harmonic and background noise note display)
  • Added player controls (show on mouse over)
  • Re-Formatted Title
I tested with every type of music from classical to trance and with sensitivity set at 35; most display pretty well with minor adjustment to the sensitivity value.

I am curious about the note display experience, and if you are able to get a decent representation of notes with minor adjustments to the sensitivity?

Thanks for testing! :welcome:
