Minor Update Released. Check out the Change Log in the Original Post.
The Skin will be referred to as Tautulli Desktop Monitoring instead of PlexPy Desktop Monitoring.

Hi , das Problem besteht nach jedem Neustart , erst wenn ich den Skin aktualisiere , zeigt auch der Skin alles korrekt an !
Hi, the problem is after each restart, only when I update the skin, the skin shows everything correctly!

I'm having an issue with this. I just installed Rainmeter and I'm trying to install the skin, both from your Reddit post you link in your first post, and when I try to install the skin I'm getting "Rainmeter 4.4.0.3330 or higher is required to install this package" which seems strange since the latest stable version from their site is 4.3.1. There's a 4.4.x beta but this should be able to run on the stable version, I shouldn't need the beta.
Am I missing something?

I sure he didn't mean to do that when he created the .rmskin. It's not hard to miss the setting for the "minimal version" required. It defaults to what he is running, which may not be the best choice.

I have updated the file to now include the Stable version. My apologies.
