Updated V3.2020.07.06

Now use JSON V3 data
All weather related settings accessed via 'Custom skin actions >'
Added option to show/hide conditions icon
Select language to receive TWC translated terms then edit skin translation terms

I have a few more that involve more corrections that will be updated in the next week or so.
