I've had rainmeter for a while now, but I was just using the included skins. I finally tried my hand at customizing yesterday. First I downloaded a theme, but I found that I like illustro more. So I downloaded an extended illustro. It still really didn't feel right, so I changed the colours a bit. And then I used the cpu skin I downloaded with my new color. It came out pretty good, but I wanted more. I took the battery out of the theme I first downloaded and used part of the code to make my own illustro battery/charge meter. I think it came out pretty well:
