There's also an additional 'example' ini to better understand if needed.

Features:
Fully customizable: Add as many friends as you want! (warning, Restarting Rainmeter may be required when adjusting things! #WebParserProblems)

Collapsible groups: Sort your friends, even have them appear in multiple groups if you want!

Easy to set up: Just a bit of copy/pasting, and some renaming! (everything that needs to be renamed has been labeled for convenience!)

Simple buttons: Click on the 'friends' title to launch steam friends. click on a user's name to start a chat, and click on their picture to open their profile!
