SystemInfo V1.1.0 [WIP]

Started creating a new skin
Update 1.1.0
- Added main image, click on images to open/close stuff
- Drive C, D and E, don't have a F drive but put it in there for looks edit main ini to enable, clicking on the drives opens them
- Time and uptime
- Ram, displays Ram stuff
- Using HWiNFO https://www.hwinfo.com/ for getting processor and MB info
- Sensor not active yet, coming in version 1.2.0
- CPU will display 4 cores and average
- Network, shows IP address, activity light green and red - set to come on above 300 Bps edit to change
- Click network to display/hide speed and total traffic
- Power controls lock, sleep, resart and shutdown
- Main image is 1024x768 so should be good for most displays
