everything went fine and all until I've installed a certain software, so many of my .dll files went missing including Rainmeter.dll, I still got the same error after I reinstalled it.

I've uninstalled that certain software and fixed all of my other missing .dll file but I still got the error

It seems to be a Windows error, not a Rainmeter error. I'm not very sure, but I suspect you could get some help here: http://www.pcfixitstick.com/wininet-dll-error-1114-windows.php
