The general meter options for TransformationMatrix contains a typo...
The {skew y} and {skew x} values are not in the correct position in the formula

Currently: TransformationMatrix={scale x};{skew x};{skew y};{scale y};{move x};{move y}

Correction: TransformationMatrix={scale x};{skew y};{skew x};{scale y};{move x};{move y}
