Weird since your windowstate plugin is not seen a malevolent.

On a sidenote, i was planning to use the value of how many folders were open, as a trigger to run the windowstate plugin.
(OnchangeAction)
because having windowstate.exe fire constantly would destroy the CPU.
And im afraid i can't use CountExplorerWindows as it would be have to be running all the time to "listen" for changes.
Just like windowstate :/

Still hopeful for a low cost solution.
But a folder launcher without bells and whistles is ok too.
