ProjectX visual style - shell32.dll

Hiya!!
It's me again..lol, but i want to know how to move details pane to top, look for these examples.
Bottom details pane:

I tried to edit shell32.dll with Restorator but i didn't succeed, so if somebody uploads ProjectX's shell32.dll here where this details pane is moved to top, i will be more than greatful!!!
