Weather Location Code Tip Needs Updating

With the recent changes at Yahoo, and the lose of access to that feed, the
Weather Location Code Tip page probably should be updated to reflect the fact that Yahoo and MSN are not really useable in Rainmeter skins...

You are right. I think I'll just remove that page for now. Thanks.
