This Rainmeter Skin adds a Recycle Bin to your Desktop that changes color with the "Accent Color" of Windows 10. It also works on Windows 8 and the SysColor plugin used have many features that can be used in Windows 7 and Windows XP.
In the preview image I let the default Windows 10 Recycle Bin over Accent Recycle for easier comparation. The top half show the skin when the mouse cursor is over it, the bottom half shows it in normal state.
