Try running uninst.exe next to your rainmeter.exe with the "completely remove all personal settings and files" turned on and then reinstall.

Have you tried downloading and installing the latest final (or beta) release of Rainmeter? Based on what I've read CCleaner does this ought to fix your problem.

I realize this post is over a year old, but I was able to get it to work, but you're not going to like the answer. I had to completely uninstall Rainmeter including "Completely remove all personal settings and files". The good news is that at least all of the skins you've setup are NOT deleted, you just have to open the "Manager skin" and load each of the skins you had and position them where you want. Hope this helps.

What was the last thing you did that caused the Rainmeter Application to stop loading?
