I have a problem with some skins that used Tooltiptype=1 (Bubble type) the Tooltips does'nt show!.
A couple of days ago the tooltiptype=1 worked for me as well!
I was wondering about that this type dont work for me yet, i mean the Tooltptype=0 (Standard) works fine.
Do you have the same issue? Or did you had got the same issue before?
I can't understand how its possible that the bubble one no longer works.
I mean its a standard windows Feature.
I actually use the Rainmeter 3.3 Release Candidate 2 (r2494) that i have installed yesterday!
I have test to reinstall Rainmeter with the stable version 3.2.1 Final Release (r2386) but there is the same issue as before.
