I have deleted that submission's file and replaced it with a harmless text file with your warning. I then banned that user, although I suspect it won't be the last we hear of him in some guise...

Fortunately it's just flat-out malware that pretty much everything catches. Google Chrome wouldn't let me download it, Windows Defender hated it.
