You are right... nothing exactly like this on the popular sites.

I did find a suite, that has similar ones in SysInfo by abndvr64.

That skin package contains hundreds of variations for meters; I think you will find something close to what you posted.

The calendar looks like a variation of Lua Calendar by Smurfier.
