While poking around for skins, i saw a picture of a Dr who skin but couldnt find the actual skin... so i figured I could try to do something like it
so here it is (so far)
It uses illustro + illustro weather that I have modified... the weather is fullscreen 1920x1080
the up/down network lights the light on top of the tardis
let me know your opinions!
