Volume - Addons to choose your hardware

Hello there ! 
I'm french so sorry for my bad english in advance
I was wondering something ... I'm not a dev. but I like to read patch notes, and I saw in the last release of RainMeter, that a new "AudioLevel plugin" as been added.
But since i'm using rainmeter i'm searching for a plugin that could allow me to choose my hardware when i need it and not via the Windows way.
Let me be more explicit : On my computer is wired my TV, my Headset and a Stereo system.
When i listen to music i put the sound on my stereo system, when i play video games i put it on my headset and for the movie... yeah you got it.
For now i'm using the Window from the "speaker icon" in the task bar, right clic bla bla bla, set as default and i'm done.
Now i'm wondering if there is a way via Rainmeter to use a skin with 3 buttons and switch via my desktop
Can i do that master ?
