rainmeter messing with programs that are on top of it.

using default rainmeter illustro skins. i have "system" and "network" on my second monitor and i tend to put League of Legends client on my second screen and it overlaps with these skins a little bit. if i dont use the league client frequently the rainmeter skins start flickering over the client. you can see what the settings are in the picture im attaching. the red circled area is the "flickering through" that i was talking about. its not really a huge bug but its incredibly annoying. sometimes it flickers sometimes it stays on steady. its soooo annoying. plz help. will give any other information that you need.
