[Solved] Couchpotato&Sonarr (nzbdrone)

I'm busy building a HTPC rainmeter skin for my computer.
Now i have been able to adjust a lot of parts from other skins to my needs, also made some working buttons to the main programs (XBMC,Couchpotato,Sonarr) but i want to try to built a plugin for couchpatato that shows a message if it has snatched a movie.
Couchpotato have already a built in to send a message to different programs like XBMC to send a message that a movie is found and put in the downloads.
I also want to do that for Sonarr (formaly nzbdrone) with if possible the upcomming tv shows that are in my list.
What kind of info do i need from couchpotato and what from sonarr.
Where or how do i start.
Yes i know a big noob qeustion but i don't have a cleu where or how to start

Nope as you can see nobody is giving me a direction where to look.
I found out that both programs are working with a API.
On the sonarr forms there is one person

This person got it working but i didn't get any response from hime yet.
I don't know if i have to use a webparser or just a url.
If i have to use a webparser how or what to get the calender overview working.
