based on poiru's Rainify skin, here's RainifyOpenHardwareMonitor.
it fits my system needs so you'll have to tweak it for your computer.
based on :

- OpenHardwareMonitor plugin (http://rainmeter.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=6874). recompiled to make it behave different when a sensor is not found (only 64 bit dll).
