Black Glass Theme anyone?

Hey guys, any idea where can I look for a cool dark theme with glass effect. This one looks great: http://topwindows7themes.com/seven-for-eight-custom-windows-7-theme/, but the damn glass effect applies to all windows opened... Just got 17 inch Alienware on a sale and wanna pimp it up a bit (:

i miss the old days, when people complained that Rainmeter did not skin their windows, taskbar, etc.
