I am Tiberiu Chibici, a software developer, and first of all I would like to say hi...so... Hi!
I have an idea for an application that can be used to create rainmeter skins, which is the main reason I came here. Right now there isn't much of an application, I just began the project, but I am hoping that I can get a first release out until the end of this summer (hopefully, because if I don't, than it's going to take a lot longer, because in october university starts, and I won't have time any more).
