What you are referring to as 'Themes' are called 'Layouts' in Rainmeter and what you are looking for is the Layouts Tab which is part of the Manage Window.

I have tried going into that tab, but it only shows my current theme, and the default theme, and not the theme I just installed.

In that case the rmskin file you installed did not include a layout for the skins. You'll have to use the Manage Window to load the skins one by one and position them on your desktop. Once you've got them arranged how you want you can save the layout using the Layouts Tab. You can then load that layout or theme any time you want.

How do I view the individual skins, to arrange them? All there was to download was an rmskin file.

Install the skins by double-clicking on the rmskin file. Once the skins are installed you can load them from the Manage Window.

It does not let me see the skins, so I cannot load them.

Can you post a link to the 'theme' you trying to install?

Here is the link: http://www.hackcommunity.com/Thread-HC-OFFICIAL-HackCommunity-rainmeter-skin

It is not for download without 25 posts though.

Hmmm... the site says it requires 25 posts before allowing downloads!!
It is unlikely that anyone will do that...

Can you upload the file you downloaded to a site like http://www.MediaFire.com so someone can download it and help you?

Alternately, if the skin package installed, you should see a skin folder called "HCRSKIN-FULL" in Manage dialog. Or if you right-click the Rainmeter notification icon, the skins section should show this folder and the available skins...

If you cannot find them, then the only option is to make the package available by uploading it to an accessible location.
