AMD does it, and has proven a working model...well why not nVidia

I can see it now: the new category of "Gaming CPU's" emerges, they charge a premium, I still fall for it.
Ooh! Even better: They add an extra core just for physics calculations to relieve stress from the GPU that was relieving stress from the CPU!
To be fair, Nvidia has done some pretty impressive things of late: their Ion and Tegra projects are especially promising for low-end/portable devices. Somehow I still believe that if they do pull off a full-fledged x86 processor it'll at least be a quality product (assuming you buy the GTX+ version of course ) with some sort of unexpected innovation somewhere.
