A simple and clean skin. But could use some ideas.

So a little while ago, I found a skin named encoded, and I decided to use it. I wanted to make my own shortcuts, so I did, and then next thing I know, I decided I wanted to make my own whole skin.

After everything I've done, this was the final result:

Most of the code and some Ideas came from me learning off of the encoded skin, but I think the only place it would really show through visually that much is the weather skin. If anybody has any ideas, feel free to suggest them.
